Return Policy

At Blüme Light, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Blüme Light planter, you may return it within 14 days from the delivery date for an exchange or full refund. Return Shipping not provided. 

Conditions for Returns:

  • The planter must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@shopblumelight.com to initiate the return process. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return your planter.
  3. Pack the planter securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the provided address.
  4. Upon receiving the returned planter, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  5. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method or process an exchange for a different product, as per your preference. Returned payments may take up to 7 business days. 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your planter arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@shopblumelight.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
