At Blüme, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our planters. We are committed to providing our customers with products that meet the highest standards of excellence. Therefore, we offer a warranty of 3 months from the original purchase date on all of our planters.
Coverage:
- Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that may arise during the 3-month period from the original purchase date.
- If your planter becomes damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect within this time frame, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Exclusions:
- Please note that our warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or alterations made by anyone other than us.
- Damage resulting from improper care or maintenance is also not covered under our warranty.
Claim Process:
- If you believe your planter is covered by our warranty, please contact us at support@shopblumelight.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Our customer support team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps of the warranty process.
Limitations:
- Our warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the planter.
- Blüme reserves the right to determine whether a claim is covered under warranty and to provide an appropriate solution.
